Job Position Overview
Type of position: Full-time/Part-time
Language: Fluent in German and English(written and verbal)
Work location: Hybrid 2-3 days in the office the rest remote possible
The Job:
- Independent management of employees in all HR-related matters.
- Oversee, prepare, and review payroll processes carried out by an external provider.
- Maintain employee records and personal data.
- Draft employment contracts, amendments, and references.
- Manage correspondence with authorities and health insurance companies.
- Approve and manage vacation requests.
- Assist in hiring processes and candidate selection.
- Prepare HR statistics, analyses, and reports.
- Contribute to HR projects and special assignments.
The Individual:
- Completed training in the HR field and relevant HR experience, especially in the outlined tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office with a passion for process digitization.
- Knowledge of DATEV payroll software (preferred).
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with labor, tax, and social insurance laws is an advantage.
- Independent, precise, and structured work ethic.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Hybrid 2-3 days in the office the rest remote possible
