Job Position Overview
Type of position: Full-time/Part-time
Language: Fluent in German and English
Work location:Hurst, Germany
The Job:
- You are responsible for processing complaints, requests for exchanges and returns
- You conscientiously check and test our devices
- You are responsible for careful documentation and data maintenance
- You enjoy communicating with our customers in a friendly manner in the event of queries
- You identify potential for improvement and communicate this to the team
The Individual:
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship, initial experience in the area of complaints is desirable
- You organize and implement your work processes independently
- You are interested in and enjoy working with technology
- You are reliable, a team player, committed and flexible
- You have good knowledge of the common MS Office programs
- You are flexible and open to new ideas
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting is the order of the day for you
- Team spirit is very important to you and motivates you to top performance
